Overview:
Establish and propose strategic planning and budgeting for Japan sales activities compatible with the overall objectives defined by Japan General Manager and key Global Account Director.
Develop new business opportunities for overall product portfolio in alignment with key account business development strategies.
Ensure the implementation of the actions and take any corrective actions necessary in order to achieve customer satisfaction and strategic objectives
Manage sales activities regarding JOEM and interface with the BU-organization on customer related subjects and issues like quality demand productivity improvement, customer expectations, supply volumes, etc.
Identify and report the competitive intelligence, market trends and needs for new applications and opportunities
Be the JOEM "Voice of Customer" within global teams internally.
Establish and reinforce close working relationship with JOEM as measured by customer satisfaction
応募資格
University graduate or higher level
More than 5 years of experience in sales and marketing of automotive parts
Native level Japanese and fluent English communication
Effective functional leader and good teamwork player
JOEM experience must include Nissan and Mitsubishi (Honda is an advantage)
Able to smoothly negotiate with customer Purchasing
