Managing international projects of varied complexity, risk and strategic significance with full responsibility in a global context.

Managing international projects with international and interdisciplinary teams. Carry out project planning, steering and controlling on the basis of agreed targets and schedule.

Driving international projects with a clear focus on high performance of project teams and predefined goals. This includes the setup of a project to successful implementation at all involved locations.

Planning, tracking and achieving project, quality, timing and commercial targets.

Planning internal and external capacities in collaboration with team members and/or stakeholders.

Planning, coordinating and steering work packages and milestones within a project team.

Monitoring project status, the project workflow and in the case of deviations, changes or change requests to target specifications deciding on corresponding measures and ensuring internal alignment with all relevant stakeholders.

Coordinating and executing (engineering) change management in international project set-ups with a clear focus on profit and loss. Steering of change evaluation, approval and implementation steps.

Planning risks and opportunities management activities.

Establishing systematic relationships to internal and external clients

Carrying out forward facing project steering in form of project steering meetings with clients based on agreed quality, cost and scheduling targets.

Developing and implementing communication strategies

Analyzing and evaluating processes as well as deriving and prioritizing improvement suggestions for reorganization and optimization of existing processes (CIP)

Functional lead of the employees in the competence responsibility, Guiding, instructing and supporting employees in function-related tasks

Degree in Engineering or Business

Project Management experience 8 years+ in the automotive field

Team management experience of at least 1 or 2 people

Engineering or Project Management from development to SOP

Business level of English

Native level of Japanese
