Assembly Process Engineer

Mission：
● Production efficiency for APU specific metier or Product efficiency for New Product Development specific metier
● To lead the industrialisation of the new programs
● Capitalize and share the know-how of industrial processes in his domain
● To participate in the design of new equipment and new line
● To lead Lean design workshop

Responsibilities：
● Industrialisation (mainstream for New Product Industrialisation)
o To manage production equipment introduction using IPROM
o To follow equipment development with the supplier
o To design specific tools and validate supplier’s proposal
o To define acceptance criteria for new equipment
o To perform pre acceptance and acceptance of the equipment
o To perform trials on the equipment and deliver reports
o To build action plans and follow-up to be ready for FDPR
o To perform and/or collect, capabilities of equipment and process
o To set up equipment and propose PROCESS VALIDATION PLAN
o To participate in PFMEA and CONTROL PLAN
● Mass production (mainstream for APU)
o To monitor QCDM and propose improvements
o To survey equipment’s performances , and always have optimisation in mind
o To work on Cycle time reduction to optimize investment, material & labor cost
o To update routing on Information system with SPV validation
o To support production technicians (training, analysis, problem solving)
o To be in contact with suppliers (improvement, support)
o To participate in SPV workshop
o To participate in APU QRQC
● Standardisation
o Validate PG RAISE and Specifications standards which are created by Standard Owners
o Validate any standard evolution proposed by sites
o To know, apply and promote standards ( PG, sites or corporate) in his domain
o To apply the SPV rules
● Environnement
o Ensure respect of Safety and Environment procedures 
o Maintain 5S and report issues
o Alert for safety rules infringement

3-5 years of experience in his domain of knowledge ( process and industrialisation)
