Work closely with QKAM(Quality Key Account Management) Japan to resolve the 0km/Field Quality issues working with related AN organization(CC head, PM, R&D, Plants).
Leading to close key topics such as Top quality issues for JOEMs, major items for other AN Quality issues based on S1 Q heads direction.
Support to Develop 8D/5Why report to customer consolidating report from R&D,Plants, others.
Follow up the issues to close with JOEM customers and QKAM.
Global Quality Data collection and develop summary from CQTS
Develop good relationship with JOEM quality organization
