Join one of the worlds leading Tier 1 automotive suppliers. This company`s ambition is to play a major role in tomorrow’s mobility. At the heart of today’s environmental and social issues, future mobility must be greener, safer and more diverse. 

This Customer Manager role will play a significant part in growing the powertrain division for electrification with JOEMs.

Overview:

  • Grow accounts through strategic and technological (EV related) business awards
  • Direct Customer interface ensuring customer satisfaction (QCDDM)

Responsibilities:

  • Win strong level of businesses at his/her customer by building place the necessary strategy and associated action plan
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through a clear QCDDM follow-up and associated action plan. The CM is the leader of this plan
  • Build Customer Development strategy:
    • Customer RFI/RFQ cycle plan to anticipate customer needs and associated products
    • Volume forecast
  • Lead tough negotiations (inflation, volume. Raw materials,….). And is the interface of the customer in case of logistics crisis
  • Drive and build the technical productivity road map together with the project managers and the manufacturing plants to reach customer ambitions of yearly savings
  • Support Engineering technology road map presentation
  • Escalate crisis issues to upper management in timely manner

応募資格

  • University degree in Sales or Engineering or equivalent
  • Education preferred :
    • Mechanical or Electrical
    • Masters Degree in Business or equivalent
  • 7 or more years International Sales in the Automotive Industry
    • Automotive, motorbike or truck industries
    • Engineering experience - Mechanical or Electrical Engineer in the Automotive Industry is an advantage
  • Languages
    • Fluency in Japanese
    • Business English is mandatory
  • Strong negotiation skills by challenging customer to partner, which helps building a good relationship
  • Develop intimacy with his/her customer and knowledge of customer organization matrix
