Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, is seeking a highly skilled Patent Attorney to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing intellectual property matters, particularly in the pharmaceutical sector, and will need to be fluent in both English and Japanese.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and prosecuting patent applications.
• Conducting patentability and freedom-to-operate searches.
• Providing strategic advice on intellectual property matters.
• Managing patent portfolios and supporting patent litigation activities.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Qualified Attorney with a strong background in patent law.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
