Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Market Access Manager to lead the development and execution of local market access strategies, ensuring optimal pricing, reimbursement, and regulatory pathways for innovative healthcare solutions. This role requires close collaboration with global and local cross-functional teams, government stakeholders, industry associations, and payors to shape the access environment and drive commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute pricing and reimbursement strategies to ensure product accessibility and market success.

• Lead cross-functional teams to drive regulatory approval, value demonstration, and health economic strategies.

• Engage with government authorities, healthcare providers, and industry associations to anticipate and influence market trends.

• Translate commercial insights into payer value propositions, ensuring alignment with local market needs.

• Conduct health economics and outcomes research (HEOR), value communication, and evidence generation to support reimbursement and adoption.

• Establish and maintain strong networks with key decision-makers, including policymakers, payors, and patient advocacy groups.

• Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to develop business cases and market entry strategies.

• Monitor regulatory and reimbursement landscapes, ensuring compliance and strategic adaptation.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 8-10+ years of experience in market access, government affairs, health economics, or a related field within pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or healthcare.

• Strong understanding of pricing, reimbursement, and health technology assessment (HTA) processes.

• Proven ability to navigate regulatory environments and influence market access policies.

• Experience working with cross-functional and global teams to drive access strategies.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluency in English and local language (as required).
