We take the responsibility for spare part deliveries until the end of our delivery obligation.
Our mission is to ensure the highest level of service quality to our customers as well as to support our Serial Business Units in their operational focus with flexible and tailored solutions.
As small volume experts we assure space efficient production processes by agile production concepts, (last time builds, flexible lines…) and manage supplier issues (part terminations, tooling issues, insolvencies…) to maintain our high delivery performance and customer satisfaction.
We separately negotiate spare part contracts for sustainable pricing and life cycle management with our customers in alignment with KAM and Serial Business Units.
More specifically:
Developing sales & EBIT growth and maintaining current business with customers in a profitable way for all Japanese customers
Responsible for OES pricing for all spare parts to warrant highest possible sales and margin
Leading acquisitions and negotiations regarding price conditions and other contractual terms and strategies (i.e. supply strategies, final buy orders, last time builds, cancellations, frame-contracts…) for current and future business
Collecting and preparing arguments and information for negotiations towards our customers by cost analyzing together with Controlling

Requirements
University degree: business, engineering or related
Sales experience on the OES side of the industry. Must have experience with after-market, spare parts
Minimum of 5 years of customer negotiation experience internally and externally
Tough negotiations skills and a strong mindset
Passion-to-win attitude and out-of-the-box thinking
Mastering Japanese fluently and good communication skills in English
