This position is a senior Sales Manager that leads a cross-OEM sales teams for multiple JOEMs.
The main mission is to drive ADAS business by new acquisitions.
Role:
Lead the acquisition phase of new business award for specific JOEM business.
Leads sales teams to provide guidance on business development for other JOEMs for various ADAS applications
Take ownership of customer relationships and accountability of business success for specific JOEM customers.
Guide, mentor and build up team members to enhance the overall sales capability of the ADAS sales function.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor degree in Engineering or Business related
At least 10 years Automotive industry experience in a sales and business development role
At least 5 years ADAS experience
JOEM customer interface leadership.
Experience managing / leading teams directly in Japan and indirectly located in offices worldwide.
Fluent Japanese / Fluent English
While all of the above are MUST, the following is also MUST -> strong drive, effective leadership, high energy to get things done. This ADAS team is very successful, passionate and are able to `make it happen`. This Sales Manager will need to influence the team in a way that takes each member to a new higher level.
