Promote appropriate innovative products, modules and systems to the targeted customers
Responsibilities
Define on a worldwide basis the Sales Product Group strategy for the customer in charge and ensure deployment in Regions/Product Lines
Drive specific product interests from the customer, follow-up and translate into business.
Maintain and develop deep understanding of competitive advantages to select strategic projects, appropriate innovative products, modules and systems
Define the strategic projects to be acquired in close collaboration with the Regions/Product lines.
Coordinate all the Regions/product lines strategies and activities related to the customer in charge.
Be responsible for consistency of selling prices worldwide.
Drive globally the NPA, propose the sales strategy and participate in the CAA process.
Drive global negotiations with the Customer: business acquisition; annual productivity, market effects (currency, raw material,...), claims, overdues, warranty...
Manage communication in crisis, protecting customer’s relationship
Coordinate important customer visits.
Requirements
University degree
More than 10 years KAM experience to JOEM
Experience with mechanical parts sales (Thermal related is preferred)
Nissan and Mitsubishi experience is not must but an advantage
