Our client is a small-global Tier 1 automotive supplier with a strong commitment to JOEMs.
The function of this position is interface with the customer and interactive activities with Operation sites in foreign countries for all product quality related matters.
R&R:
・Manage quality risk in automotive systems within design and launch phase of projects.
・Communicate with internal team for quality tasks and lead to solve quality problems as necessary.
・Assist and support engineering team in tasks related to electronics.
・Monitoring of internal/external failures and respective corrective and preventive actions within multidisciplinary teams using suitable problem solving techniques.
・Responsible for process of customer complaint management and assisting customer in any quality related queries.
・Ensuring that all the relevant APQP Tasks are fully supported by the Product Quality Department
・Coach product quality personnel in responsible plants to define the necessary corrective actions as a result of testing and inspection data analysis.
・Protect customer from quality risk, lead initial flow inspection and sorting in Japan.
応募資格
・A bachelor's degree in engineering (Electronics is advantage) and 3 -7 years of automotive quality experience
・Fluency in speaking, reading and writing Japanese and English required.
・Experience to work with related technical and management functions
・Experience with APQP and PPAP
・8D problem solving, Root cause analysis, and C/A
・Milestone charts, timing charts and Gantt Charts and/or Program Gate tracking systems.
・Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with many different groups in the organization.
