Build customer strategies per customers, guide sales team and stakeholders to accomplish acquisition.

Organizational Management:
▪ Functional leading the team of customer managers and sales support for the respective customers
▪ Regular team meetings and reviews to assure business success
▪ Handle current 2020 sales (500 M EUR/Year) as well as future growth (700M EUR in +5 yrs)
▪ retain people, make working environment happy to work
Customer Management
▪ Achievement of all customer related targets (Sales, Order Intake, Reimbursements, Profitability, Price, Volume Forecast, Precision of relevant data) for respective JOEMs
▪ Act as escalation level for the respective executives in Japan
▪ Representing the business at the customers and represent the customers inside the organization
▪ Responsible for the commercial and contractual aspects of the customer relationship
▪ Aligning the customer-strategy, how to approach and grow with the customer, incl. how to defend the competition
▪ Maintain stakeholder analysis, communication matrix and overlooks customer management communication.
▪ Establishes and maintains network within customer management level.
▪ Supervise the performance of the programs and initiate corrective actions if required
Acquisition & Marketing:
▪ Heading strategic and operational acquisitions for respective customers
▪ Head of negotiations or set of guidelines on the role of the customer managers for its negotiations
▪ Heading the calibration of customer requirements and internal product strategy or platform
▪ Promotion of product harmonization through the sale of existing platforms
▪ Management and definition of the marketing elements for the customer, e.g. promotion, product-positioning, etc.
Planning & Control:
▪ Heading ww volume, revenue, SPV, and reimbursement. Planning and execution among stakeholders
▪ Heading or supervising of price maintenance
▪ Heading operational cash flow management (account receivables) and order processing (support to operations during allocation)
Commercial Activities :
▪ Review the sales price calculation and set targets based on BU goals.
▪ Responsible for profitable execution from daily sales activities.
▪ Create "business cases"
Technical Aspects:
▪ Reinforcement of the top unique features in customer communication. Identify the top technical properties, which can lead to acquisition success
▪ Drive the definition of the product and function roadmap in line to meet customer requirements. Cooperates with Program Management functions to enable production/function development which meets customer strategic objectives.
