This role is part of the IAM/OES sales team in Tokyo, Japan.
Your Tasks
Sales and key account management:
Develop sales plan to meet sales targets with products and customers mainly in CV and PC segment.
Continuously develop relationships with customers to ensure sustainable future growth.
Business channel management:
Maintain the existing business channels and expand when opportunities arise for new business mainly in CV, PC and IAM segments.
Hands on sale
Execute and manage the day to day customers requirements (sales quotations/orders/planning, claim handling, customer inquiries etc) to ensure sales growth.
Business development
Support the local sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to create and bring new sales growth.
Support Technical Service team for CV and PC segment and customer requirement as necessary.

Bachelor's degree with at least 7 years of experience in sales and marketing positions in manufacturing, software solutions and logistics industries, experience in automotive AM industry is preferred.
High leadership skill with at least 3 years of team management or equivalent potentials.
Work experiences in business development, managing external partner companies, and understanding of machinery products (automobiles) are preferred.
Work experience with overseas' coworker/customer in multiple cultures
High communication skills, self-starter, and team player
Proficiency with MS tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and quick learner for new IT tools.
