OVERVIEW
Interact with global internal JOEM community with focus on matching customer requirements vs. internal requirements
Full responsibility of commercial claims like R&D costs, volume drop, tooling cost, warranty cost.
Lead sales planning & sales budget creation for one account
Be the voice of the customer towards internal organization
Support internal surveys and data collection with account market intelligence
Directly reporting to Head of Business Development
Main interface to the customer account in JPN
ACQUISITION
Full responsibility for business acquisition including building up of customer strategy / early engagement incl. stakeholder analysis, SWOT, maintaining internal sales report system.
Full responsibility to establish customer intimacy
Consolidate customer needs and report to Head of BD to match with internal requirements
Full coordination of commercial part of quotations according the given process guideline during the quotation phase
Conduct quote / no quote meeting
Kick off acquisition with international sales team and multiple customer interfaces
Ensure internal alignment with BD colleagues and KAM organization across international locations
Take lead to review with international, multi-location project acquisition team all assumptions and commitments stipulated in technical part of quote and identify and correct any potential commercial risks to the quote
Conduct financial status review with project manager and controlling
Prepare quotation letter, pricing table, pricing logic
Prepare cost breakdown of quote in close alignment with controlling and define customer logic
RUNNING BUSINESS AND BUSINESS UNDER DEVELOPMENT
Responsible for all commercial issues in running and developing projects such as change management, piece price logic, R&D costs, tooling costs, sample costs, sales budget planning.
Review and set sustainable baseline of initial commercial quote assumptions and align with the global team
Review progress of internal project meeting and ensure timely change management anticipating commercially relevant hurdles
Establishing and maintaining standardized cost structures in projects with the same customer, alignment with other locations within same BU with similar business with the customer
Maintain clear and transparent structure of all commercial items communicated to the customer
Lead customer negotiations
Consolidate and report monthly commercial status of the account to Head of BD
応募資格
Work in Kanagawa, Yokohama or Toyota Aichi
Ability to travel locally, nationally and internationally when required
Bachelor's degree majored in engineering or business administration
Experience working with JOEM (>3 years)
Experience working in Automotive Industry (>5 years)
Strong communication skill both in English and Japanese, other languages a plus.
International team player
Advanced MS Office skills
Ability of maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external customers also in remote working environment
