Support the development of telematics units, including network telecommunications, navigation, positioning and information technology to increase driving comfort and traffic safety.
Responsibilities:
Log, update and monitor customer and internal issues in JIRA
First level issues analysis for the reported issues and provide root cause by analyzing CAN and Console logs
Support daily driving test session
Participate in the customer /Internal meetings and technical reviews
Conduct high level validation for the SW released and give feedback to the SW team and Project leads
Support the customer with the technical issues in regards to the HW/Application set up for the module and the logging boxes
Design and Execute in vehicle test cases
Update Vehicle and bench when the SW released
Automate designed test cases and specific customer issues
Support plant, technical center and fleet vehicles issues
Support re-flashing activities in the plant or customer sites
応募資格
Engineering Degree in Software, computer science or equivalent work experience
Previous experience:
Onboard electronics systems development for the automotive industry, validation in system level. (2 years)
It is an advantage to have Telematics unit development experience / Cellular Phone industry (Telecom network) / E-call system (e.g. Japan HELPNET service).
Professional skills:
Proficient with vector Tools as CANalyzer and Canoe
Able to discuss electronic and software specifications with the customer
Technical Knowledge of Telematics products necessary (advantage)
System architecture and embedded software knowledge for automotive electronic controls required
Experience with DOORs
Ability to recognize potential risks and know when to escalate
