Responsibilities:
Develop strong relationship that provide insight and a landscape where the company has a competitive advantage
Proactively seek business opportunities by engaging Japanese OEMs’ and Japanese Tier Ones’ engineering in the early development stage, thereby establishing the company as the preeminent solutions provider.
Identify customer pain points and create the company value
Define technical and other requirements to obtain business
Enlighten the company way/culture and drive customers with deep product design/manufacturing/testing knowledge
Support the company innovation strategies to identify opportunities
Demonstrate personal effectiveness and leadership that creates a culture of high performance
Create necessary reports upon requests
Manage program launches along with internal/external milestones
応募資格
Education/Experience/Skills:
Bachelor or Master degree in business or/and engineering, or equivalent
Automotive technical sales and/or engineering experience of 5 years or more
Ability and experience to identify potential future products and trends
Proven ability to manage complexity and change
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with experience in communicating and working with remote regions
English capability under multinational working environment
Working experience at foreign based companies
Flexible working time to communicate with stakeholders in different time zone
Self-starter and Result-oriented personality
Willing to travel
Progressive press design experience is a plus.
Metal or plastics technical sales or/and engineering experience is a plus
CATIA V5 or equivalent design software capable is a plus, but not required
