Position Overview

As part of a rapidly expanding company recognized for its world-class growth speed just two years after its founding, you will play a critical role in driving rapid revenue growth in the Japanese enterprise market. This market represents the core of the company's profitability. In this role, you will be responsible for both leveraging inbound leads and actively pursuing new enterprise clients.

The position involves developing and managing 5–20 named accounts, crafting tailored strategies, and executing effective sales initiatives to generate significant revenue.

  • Demonstrated success in driving significant business growth in an enterprise client portfolio.

  • Capability to identify operational improvement opportunities within client organizations and provide value-added solutions.
  • Expertise in creating data-driven account plans based on thorough research and statistical approaches.

  • Strong self-motivation and a proactive approach to contributing to overall team success.

応募資格


Required Qualifications (MUST)

  • Over 5 years of enterprise sales experience in the B2B SaaS or software industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and expand territory with a successful track record.
  • Experience in solution or value-based selling.
  • Consistently met or exceeded quotas with a proven record of exceptional individual sales performance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
