To help ensure best in class quality they are hiring for a Customer Quality Engineer Manager.
Your role:
Is to be responsible for Nissan customer quality as the contact window and key interface between customer and internal mfg plants including JVs to drive customer quality improvement and meet customer quality performance requirements.
You will also build and maintain good relationship with customer for quality field, validate and negotiate customer warranty claims.
As a Manager you will lead a team of 2-3 people.
Requirements
Degree: Engineering (preferred Computer Science or Electronics)
Experience for Electrical / Mechanical / Semicon / Process Quality control
Experience for managing JOEM and oversea OEM from customer quality control
Experience for skills related to 8D report principal-5Why / Ishikawa-diagram / any kind of quality tool
Knowledges and experience about Nissan quality
Language ability: Japanese; native level, English; business level
