Manager, Program Manager

Join one of the top global Tier 1 automotive suppliers in a senior program management role as Manager, Program Management.

Role:

• Prepare and manage the total project plan including time and budget planning in accordance to GDPIM
• Margin and profit responsibility for product / investments / tooling and development.
• Coordination of Advanced Quality Planning
• Leads the project teams
• Management of modifications during the development process.
• Organize and perform GDPIM phase exit reviews.
• Responsible for budget planning
• Responsible for meeting customer and internal milestones
• Total project cost control (CQA, PWA, Development, Tooling, Investment and Product

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering; or equivalent.
• 10+ years of Experience in the automotive or supplier industry
• End to end project management experience including QCD responsibility
• Direct/Line management experience of at least 1 or 2 subordinates (MUST)
• Fluent English/Japanese language skill
