Project Manager (Telematics)

Mission：
Ensure Project performance objectives (Quality, Cost, Profitability, Delivery and Timing) in the management of Projects.

Ensure Project or System coordination to achieve all projects launch(es) in compliance with company and Customer expectations.

および顧客の期待に沿って、すべてのプロジェクトの立ち上げを達成するために、プロジェクトまたはシステムの調整を確実に行う。

Responsibilities：
Manage operationally and functionally the Projects he/she is assigned to

職務内容：
担当するプロジェクトの運営管理と機能管理

・Manage OEM/OES Projects (Component, System with known technology components, …)
OEM/OESプロジェクトの管理（コンポーネント、既知の技術部品を使用したシステム、...)
・Is responsible for the achievement of the Project KPI in terms of profitability (both product/development vs Development Activity Payback and Extended Margin), Quality and Production Preparation
プロジェクトの収益性（製品/開発対開発対開発活動のペイバック、拡張マージンの両方）、品質、生産準備などのKPI達成を担当します。
・Secure Project resources and control them
プロジェクトのリソースを確保し、管理する
・Solve all project issues requiring any type of support of all suitable functions via the Project Escalation
プロジェクトエスカレーションを通じ、あらゆる種類のサポートを必要とする全てのプロジェクト課題を、全ての適切な機能で解決する。
・Check and validate Project Team Members’ activities and proposes timing scenario to achieve milestones
プロジェクトチームメンバーの活動状況の確認と検証、マイルストーン達成のためのタイミングシナリオの提案
・Could conduct concept competitions to obtain customer orders (prefer: on case by case...)
顧客からの受注を得るためのコンセプトコンペを実施できる（できればケースバイケースで...）。
・Define and manage his/her budget including the budget of Projects part of his/her Project/System
プロジェクト・システムのプロジェクト部分の予算を含めた予算の策定・管理ができること。
・Define scope of projects
プロジェクトの範囲を明確にする
・Prepare decision making process for relevant committee and challenge his project team readiness
関連委員会の意思決定プロセスを準備し、プロジェクトチームの準備態勢を整える。
・Prepare and submit business cases and investment plans (Project/System level) and challenge the Project Managers or Launch Managers of the Projects part of his/her Project/System Project
ビジネスケースや投資計画書（プロジェクト/システムレベル）の作成・提出、所属するプロジェクト/システムのプロジェクト部分のプロジェクトマネージャーやローンチマネージャーへのチャレンジ。
・Manage all project changes (internal and customer) and coordinates through his team
プロジェクトの変更（社内、顧客）を管理し、チームを通じた調整を行う。
・Is applying Design to Cost methodology
設計からコストまでの方法論を適用している
・Escalate at the right level and with relevant
speed/anticipation the gaps versus targets
目標とのギャップを、適切なレベルで、適切なスピードで、予測しながら拡大していく。
・Lead appraisals and development of team members
チームメンバーの評価・育成をリードする。
・Is functionally responsible of all project team members, set project objectives, ensure appraisal
プロジェクトチームメンバー全員の機能的責任者として、プロジェクト目標の設定、評価の確認を行う。

- Product Development process knowledge and practice (5/7 years)
- Get successful development experience in Project development function (2/3 years)
- Experience in other development functions (Quality, Process, Sales, Purchasing), two at least
- Experience in automotive field is a plus
- Knowledge in embedded system and software development is a plus
- 商品開発プロセスの知識と実践（5年/7年

- 他の開発機能（品質、プロセス、営業、購買）での経験、2つ以上
- 自動車分野での経験があれば尚可
- 組込みシステムやソフトウェア開発の知識があれば尚良し
