- Indirect purchasing activity
- Drive centralized indirect purchasing.
- Decide sourcing based on strategy.
- Conduct bidding and proceed approval process through Coupa system.
- Price negotiation
- Build & update supplies database & sourcing strategy.
- Coordinate contract with supplier.
- Negotiate with stakeholders.
- Manage compliance with Indirect purchasing procedure.
- Supplier management
- Conduct & lead cost saving project.
- Manage 2 contractors.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business, engineering or related discipline. Advanced degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in Indirect or direct purchasing.
- Business level English
