The Head of Project Management is responsible for:
Aligning project portfolio goals (financial, scheduling, technical and quality goals) with the Management teams
Coaching of Project Managers
Ensuring the establishment of adequate project organizations (meeting structure, information/ knowledge exchange, documentation, archiving) for all projects
Ensuring the management of projects in accordance with the BU's valid processes (phases, deliverables, milestones/ review Gates, etc.)
Track the Projects progress with the Project Manager and define corrective measures in case of deviations against initial plan
Report the overall project portfolio status on regular base
Implement standard professional change management
Perform portfolio risk assessment, control and steer the implementation of risks countermeasures
Worldwide disciplinary lead of all Customer Project Managers
Based on professional, well documented change management, negotiate changes and claims with customer and with suppliers
Actively manage stakeholder expectations, inform and involve stakeholders on a regular basis and in an appropriate manner
Assign work packages to Project Managers
Participation and steering of customer project review meetings
Support the implementation of the Customer Center Strategy

Required Experiences:
Bachelor/Master Degree in electronic, information technologies or similar technical degrees.
At least 3 years in a similar position or as Senior Project Manager
Language skills: English fluently, Japanese fluently
MS Office, MS Project, Powerpoint expert
Experience in leading virtual teams
Experience in interior electronics product development is an advantage
