Description
- The Technical Leader is leading the cross-functional engineering team of System Engineering, Software, Driving Functions, Electronics, Mechanics and Test to achieve the technical project targets according to schedule.
- He/she is responsible to coordinate for the overall product releases and the execution of the discipline releases (Software, Electronics, Mechanic).
- He/she is responsible for the quality/time of the technical work products of the project and for the coordination of the cross-functional work packages.
- 'Functional leading of cross functional engineering team of >6 member (20-100 project member)
- Reports to Head of Customer Lead JP
Requirements
- Education: Engineering degree (Computer Science, Electronics is an advantage)
- People management: Expert
- Driving for results: Expert
- ADAS tools & processes (PACT, Review, Project Planning, Reporting …) Expert
- Asia OEM vehicle development cycle, OEM delivery requirements : Advanced
- Automotive product launch: Advanced
- Project Reporting : Advanced
- Process : Advanced
- Risk Management: Advanced
- Electronics product knowledge: Basics
- Project Planning
- Japanese Language: Advanced
