What You Will Do
Support in the launch support of new vehicles for audio systems.
Plan and execute experiential marketing activations in the field and dealership from conception through execution.
Plan and execute innovative programs and initiatives to drive increased sales through/Customer Programs (pull) and option packaging and incentive (push) programs.
Creates effective value propositions & stories to continuously sell the value to our OEM customer through demonstrations, presentations, and events.
Develops internal customer “brand champions” in Marketing, Product Planning, and Sales who deeply understand and value the relationship with the company to the point where they become internal advocates for our brand(s).
Working with agency partners, creates all marketing assets to support marketing programs and sales activities for customer account.
Effectively manage agency partners and project budgets in the execution of all marketing programs.

Requirements
What You Need
Bachelor’s degree in related field (Marketing, Business, or Communication) preferred
5+ years of experience as a dedicated Marketer
Car Audio/Consumer Audio experience a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Japanese and English
Highly organized and results driven
Self-Starter, highly pro-active, Hands-On
Experience of planning / conducting mid/large scale events is a plus
