Role and responsibilities:
Build good relationship with the customer that enhances the image of the company.
Manage the Request for Quotation internally with all competencies and front of JOEM account. Support Negotiation of prices, obtain purchase contract/orders, and ensure that invoices are paid.
Follow the program in development and make sure appropriate sales support and expertise are provided to the development team.
To support establish the sales budget and manage the sales forecast.
Select prepare and support the business pursuits, internally and with the customer to ensure targeted win rate.
Understand and facilitate resolution of quality, service, price / terms of sale, profit, technology, responsiveness, and performance issues.
Propose new technologies and support Advance Engineering team front of the customer to develop the portfolio product.
Managing Sales assistant to profile quotation and business strategy.
Teamwork
Be knowledgeable of all customer programs; interface with Divisional Sales Manage/Program managers/Engineering Managers who are working on specific customer forward programs; interact with and connect all divisional functions (sales, engineering, quality, logistics, etc.) to ensure that the customer’s expectations are being communicated and met.
Work with worldwide Engineering team; communicate technical requirements and trends back to the division and the technical centers.
