Manage all commercial related issues between end customer-T1-trading partner- internal, coordinate within all parties to facilitate to solve all commercial issues during this long pass- through & import-export process
Change management from nomination until program EOP: based on sourcing phase product design, manage all design & cost change negotiations between customer and the company (PP, VT, D&D, logi, etc.)
Following Nissan budget process, prepare all requested cost breakdown and negotiate with customers with support from regions, to convince customer costing department to allocate budget
Coordinate with customer and internal to solve the gap in case of gap between the company offer and customer budget
Support the team to execute customer process: prepare according documentation package to ensure closure of PDCT nego, VT validation, VT contract process, prices registration process, etc.
Dispute and conflict management between end customer-t1-trading company-the plant
Coordinate contract review if necessary
Claim management
Support regions and managements on new business acquisition:
Coordinate with regions to define target HT projects, support marketing to make annual sales plan, organize strategy review meeting within Japan team and with regions / HC.
Support the team & management to clarify quotation strategies: footprint strategy, JV scheme strategy, tn strategy etc
Follow up new RFQ with customer, define the strategy through close coordination with regions, lead or support PTR/PQR process;
Price negotiation and documentation mgt
Support the commercial negotiation process internally and externally

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of automotive sales experience: previous working experience in Nissan sales and program management will be a PLUS
Strong communication skill, global mindset
Logical, strong business acumen to understand complexities and ambiguities and reconciliate within disputes parties to reach agreement
