Understand customer expectation, milestones and align internal development accordingly. Negotiate with customer as needed.
Collaborate with internal engineering team to define development milestones, contents and delegates tasks to the appropriate members.
Manage technical product development action items, issues and customer/internal development schedule.
Develop development schedule and Design Content Roll-out Plan (DCRP) based on customer expectation, milestones and internal milestones.
Support Sales team in arranging prototype deliveries.
Support Quality Assurance team in issue analysis of field returns.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering. Electrical/Mechanical Engineering preferred.
More than 4 years of work experience in engineering development of system, software or hardware design for an electronic system. Automotive / ADAS related experience is preferred.
Task management skill, able to manage and prioritize multiple jobs in parallel.
Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2 or better), English (TOEIC 800 or better).
Good interpersonal communication skill for leading development team members and discussion with customer.
Flexibility to work within global team structure located in multiple time zones (North America, Europe, India, etc).
