Description
- Overall Project Lead for Honda and be role model for other Project Manager
- Realize Business Targets by Professional Project Execution (by Budget, Resource and Change management, etc)
- Define Customer Strategy and Lead Negotiation in solution oriented manner
- Ensure Intimacy with Customer throughout general activities
- Support Financial Topics (Dev. reimbursement, Prototype sample handling, etc) with project members
Requirements
- At least 5 years working experience with Japanese OEMs / in the automotive industry
- Project management: leadership experience leading project until mass production (MUST)
- Better to have expertise in either Electrical engineering or Software development
- English: > 750 (TOEIC)
- Japanese: Native level
