Cyber Security Manager

Overview:

This position is a part of the Global Security & Privacy Competence Center of a global Tier 1 supplier, to strengthen the capability of secure development, production and maintenance of upcoming ECUs.

The Cyber Security Manager works in the area of team development and leadership as well as implementation of secure process and support to BUs' projects on security topics, participation to automotive associations.

This role represents this company to JOEMs concerning compliance with vehicle cyber security regulation and standard.

The Cyber Security Manager manages and leads the following tasks:

• Cyber Security process implementation and maintenance support concerning ISO21434/UN-R155, Company standards, and applicable QMS (IATF 16949).
• Development of SCC Consulting and Engineering Japan
• Represent the Company`s Business Areas interfacing to JOEM customers as well as Japanese standardization bodies concerning vehicle cyber security
• Manage PoD project acquisition and planning
• Be involved to Business Area's ECU projects as cyber security specialist for wide range of technology fields from small ECU to in-vehicle high performance computer, and backend solutions.

• Cyber Security Process Management : ISO21434, UR-R155 CSMS, WP29
• Automotive Cyber Security Technology Knowledge : Security SW/HW, Test, Risk Analysis
• Language skill : Japanese (Professional proficiency), English (Fluent/Business)
• Team Leadership and Intercultural Skills : Management, Global Team activity (Asia/Europe/US)
• Intercultural and Communication Skills : Customer Interface, Cross Business Unit communication, People Management, Team Lead, Team work mind-set.
