This individual will be responsible for new business development, forecasting activities, sales & marketing and operational tasks.

Role & Responsibilities:
Delivers sales presentations to key clients in coordination with Business Development Director.
Meets with key clients, as the customer business unit representative responsible with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
Coordinates liaison between customer business unit department and other functional related units.
Tracks and prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed business expansion.
Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.
Oversees development of policies, procedures, and objectives for marketing and selling the organization's products and services
Regularly monitors sales performance of customer
Accountable for company sales objectives, across multiple sales business units
Establishes sales strategies to maximize competitive position and generate strong margin contributions
Reviews analyses of activities, costs, operations, governmental regulations and forecast data to determine constraints and evaluate progress on mutually agreed goals and objectives.
Confers with leadership to review achievements and discuss required changes in sales strategies and tactics utilized in achieving sales goals or objectives.
Confers with account team and reviews activity, operating, and sales reports to determine required changes in existing programs or operations.
Acts a liaison for customer to company production facilities, for all manufacturing, supply and shipping support topics.
Manage the progress of the project together with the Program Manager and be responsible for the set-up of logistics, storage, packaging and delivery from the prototype stage to mass production.
Work closely with colleagues in other overseas locations to maximize synergies between locations.
They closely monitor changes in product specifications and negotiate with the customer's purchasing team to reflect necessary cost changes in prices.
Understand the customer's specific information system, and register and operate the necessary information.
Requirements
Degree in Engineering or Business related
Minimum 5 years automotive sales experience of electronics related applications
Direct interface with JOEM customers: meetings, discussions, negotiation
Strong knowledge of Toyota as a customer and the `Toyota Way`
