Description
Mission:
Monitor and validate the CONFORMITY of components, products / processes in production
Customer interface for Quality Matters (current production)
Ensure that the Quality System is respected – coaching site Managers to achieve customer satisfaction for Quality
Responsibilities:
Manage Quality physical Indicators on the site as regional operation
Develop and coordinate the site Quality Improvement plan following guidelines from Product Line, Regional
Operation, Group and Product Group, and promote Quality Culture
Ensure QRQC is well implemented and participate daily to the Plant QRQC and Plant Supplier QRQC
Actively support the Site GM in the implementation of the 5 Axes in the site and lead the Total Quality improvement plan
Manage Quality network in the site
SQA Technician management in the daily supplier incident management (5W2H) and QR validation
Challenge SQA network to obtain FTA in time and confirm PDCA action.
Manage the Quality PTM, in Launch team
Laboratory and calibration, when relevant
APU Quality Engineers & Technicians
Quality System Engineers & Technicians
Super-control / firewall
Manage sorting companies (Work instructions, training, reporting, invoice validation…)
Audit the Quality System periodically (Internal and support of Customer Audit)
Participate in the project launch meetings
For modifications, ensure the respect of the 4M procedure
Represent Customer within a company on Quality matters (Communication / Escalation)
Manage the quick responses for incidents (CLR-Logistic) Internally and with Customer, and support the team analysing the incidents.
Contribute to, or, in the absence of R&D in the site, lead Warranty QRQC & warranty treatment activity (Detection, Communication, negotiation, warranty invoice validation)
Represent Quality in Technical Committee when relevant (depending upon organisation defined in the CIP part 2) and / or Site Change Committee.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Engineering degree
5 years in Quality related role
10 years in operational position in Automotive
Team management experience.
Japanese and English : Mandatory
