Innovation Engineer (Plastics)

Responsibilities:

• Design of automotive plastic products (injection molding related)

• Enlighten JOEM way/culture and drive/convince internal stakeholders

• Identify customer pain points and create the company value

• Drive customers with deep product design/manufacturing/testing knowledge

• Building Relationships with Customers

• Create necessary reports upon requests

• Demonstrates personal effectiveness and leadership that creates a culture of high performance.

Education/Experience/Skills:

• Bachelor or Master degree in business or/and engineering, or equivalent

• Strong knowledge and experience in automotive plastics (injection molding) product design required.

• Design experience in automotive more than 5 years or equivalent

• Ability and experience to identify potential future products and trends

• Proven ability to manage complexity and change

• English capability under multinational working environment

• Flexible working time to communicate with stakeholders in different time zone

• Self-starter and Result-oriented personality

• Willing to travel

• CATIA V5 software capable is required.

• CAE software capable is required. (e.g. Inventor Nastran or ANSYS)
