Project Manager (Plastics)

Overview:

This role is part of the team providing interior related products and applications.

Responsibilities:

• Develop strong relationship that provide insight and a landscape where the company has a competitive advantage
• Proactively seek business opportunities by engaging customer’s engineering in early development stage, thereby establishing the company as the preeminent solutions provider
• Define technical and other requirements to obtain business
• Lead projects through to SOP
• Enlighten the company way/culture and drive customers with deep product design/manufacturing/testing knowledge
• Support the company innovation strategies to identify opportunities
• Demonstrates personal effectiveness and leadership that creates a culture of high performance
• Create necessary reports upon requests
• Manage program launches along with internal/external milestones
• Identify customer pain points and create the company value

Education/Experience/Skills:

• Bachelor or Master degree in business or/and engineering, or equivalent

• Plastic (injection mold)  design or/and engineering experience more than 7 years

• Ability and experience to identify potential future products and trends

• Proven ability to manage complexity and change to successfully deliver projects through SOP

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with experience in communicating and working with remote regions

• English capability under multinational working environment

• CATIA V5 capable

• Working experience at foreign based companies

• Flexible working time to communicate with global team in different time zone

• Self-starter and Result-oriented personality

• Willing to travel
