Manage the key customer account(s) and build a sales development strategy together with the Business Group Customer Director/Manager
Ensure order intake budget achievement
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key contacts within customer organizations to understand business growth opportunities
Drive the RFI/RFQ responses as the lead and make sure regional support is assigned to drive offered business opportunity
Prepare offers and cost breakdown sheets
Conduct regular review sessions with Product Lines and/or Product Groups
Maintain close communication with customer to assure proper understanding of customer expectations relative to products, services, operational solutions, related supports, timeline, costs and results.
Represent the customer voice within the organization
Requirements
University or Relevant Degree with Experience
English (Business level) - should express himself fluently
Japanese (Native level)
International business experience
Sales experience (in automotive industry appreciated but not necessarily)
Strong Negotiation and team working skills
Strong organizational and communication capabilities

Customer Focus, analysis and problem solving skills
