Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer

The main missions of the role are:

• Manage Part Quality claims and ensure resolution through communication and assistance to the supplier
• Close quality problems by managing the process & product specific audits
• Manage the Charge Back process with the support of accounting and in co-operation with the commodity buyers
• Update Good Incoming Inspection plan and measurement instructions
• Manage changes on purchased parts or of Suppliers (internal/external) during serial production

The ideal candidate will have/be:

• Degree; preferably in engineering
• SQA and / or manufacturing experience, in the automotive industry
• Process and product awareness
• Understanding of geometrical tolerance and mechanical design
• Familiar with IATF16949 and ISO9001
• Experience of SAP system
• Good written and oral communications skills (Japanese/English, Chinese preferred)
• Teamwork and ability to work in a matrix environment
• Experience of using dimension measuring machine
• Ability to create parts inspection standard document WI (Work Instruction)
