Manages Sales Business in the country for PV aftermarket
Drives sales development within the country in line with defined brand and sales strategy as well as market share and profitability targets, in alignment with the Sub-Region Head, Japan
Takes ownership and responsibility for the Business plan of the country
Adjusts the sales/marketing approach to the needs of the countries’ customers, ensuring profitable Business and market shares are delivered
Negotiates agreements with customers in line with given targets and delivers operational customer sales support daily basis
Leads and develops team of two salespeople
Agrees and ensures delivery of sales, profitability and customer satisfaction targets for the respective customer base
Acts as key account sales representative either for OES or selected IAM accounts
Requirements
Degree in business related field, MBA is preferred / advantage
Deep understanding of automotive + industrial business, market trends, & innovation
10 years international experience in Automotive industries, Aftermarket experiences
3 years experience of team management in the area of sales or marketing department
Must have native level of Japanese skills and high command of English skills
