Legal: Corporate Legal Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal consulting for business and corporate functions, including contract drafting, review, and general corporate legal matters.
• Participate in M&A, licensing agreements, and other cross-border transactions, including contract negotiations.
• Handle litigation, dispute resolution, and risk management related to legal matters.

• 8+ years of legal experience, either in-house or in a law firm, focusing on corporate legal matters.

• Strong knowledge of corporate law, competition law, and data privacy regulations.
• Legal expertise in the life sciences industry.
• Litigation, dispute resolution, and risk management experience.
• Previous experience working in a Japanese company.
