Job Description:
The Finance Business Unit Team works closely with leadership to shape strategy, guide portfolio decisions, and participate in management processes to drive growth. The Senior Finance Analyst will partner with business leaders, supporting financial analysis, planning, and reporting, ensuring compliance, and contributing to decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Partnering: Lead the business planning process, support projects, analyze financial performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Financial Planning & Reporting: Collaborate on business planning cycles, goal setting, and regular financial reporting. Improve practices for better accuracy and efficiency.

• Compliance & Audit: Ensure compliance with regulations, support audits, and promote a strong compliance culture across the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (MBA or certifications preferred).

• Minimum 5 years of finance business experience.

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to influence decisions and drive process improvements.

• Fluency in English and Japanese is required.
