Description
Active promotion and selling of engineering services as well as products for small production volumes / high-end OEMS
Manage of existing customers and new business acquisition
Acquisition of new customers as well as development of Japan market incl Non-Automotive business
Development and execution of a holistic customer strategy in coordination with the global teams of the Business Segments
Analyse customer product roadmaps, identify business opportunities, generate RFQs and turn them into real projects
Market and competition monitoring in cooperation with worldwide Sales Team
Responsible execution of all classic commercial Sales tasks (e.g. creation of quotes, contract management, invoicing)
Support of development teams during the whole product development life cycle in regards to all commercial customer topics
Implementation of global growth targets
High degree of freedom and entrepreneurship in day-to-day business
Pioneer in building new business opportunities
Requirements
Successfully completed university studies in the field of engineering, economics or comparable
Experience in the field of "automotive" as well as in the field of "engineering services"
At least three years of professional experience in the above mentioned fields
High technical interest in automotive products, services and mobility solutions
Commitment and passion in dealing with customers at all levels
High level of customer orientation while adhering to business objectives
Hands-on mentality as well as a high degree of independence
Enjoy working in a young, dynamic and fast-growing environment
Native speaking level of Japanese
Fluent English skills in word and writing
Very good MS Office knowledge
Preferably existing network to mobility customers in Japan
